Hold That Pose Photo Booth is a DBA of Southern Maryland Home Inventory, LLC. and both are licensed through the state of Maryland.
Saturday evenings require a 4-hour event minimum. FREE delivery, setup and tear-down is included for all events within the Southern Maryland area. Travel Fee is $50/hr., if over 50 miles. Extended hours are available at a rate of $125/hour, if you elect to include them in your Rental Agreement. Non-contracted extended hours are offered at $150/hour, pending availability, and shall be paid in full prior to the end of the contracted event. We highly recommend that you rent the photo booth for your entire event as it can be quite disruptive to setup and tear down during the course of your event. Setup and teardown normally takes about an hour.
Client agrees to hold harmless Hold That Pose Photo Booth for any liability claim arising from the contracted event. Although Hold That Pose Photo Booth strives to provide the highest quality product and services, any liability to Client for breach of contract, claim, loss, or injury arising from the actions of Hold That Pose Photo Booth is limited to a refund to the Client in the amount paid for services.
Client gives Hold That Pose Photo Booth express permission on behalf of client and all attending guests to use their likeness for any advertising, promotion, or publication.
